new goals
I've set new goals and with that, new challenges. Starting the month of June, the workout schedules will change to the following:
Swimming practice: twice a week
Bike riding practice: once a week
Yoga practice: once a week
OTF: twice a week
The first two are quite challenging but I will not stop until I learn to comfortably do both.
